As seen on Slashdot, Ed Felten’s TinyP2P—an XML-RPC peer-to-peer application in 15 lines of (obfuscated) Python. The point here being that “peer-to-peer” is a broad, basic concept, and to attempt to outlaw it would be like outlawing array sorting, or public-key cryptography.
