Where’s the fourteenth-inning stretch?

Erin and I decided to tune into the Astros and Red Sox games, each
at the ninth inning.

The Astros game was over pretty quickly. The Sox game … wasn’t.
(It was the longest postseason game ever by minutes, at about five and
three-quarters hours.)

Lesson: Baseball’s entertainment value has a huge
variance.
