I called the palmOne online store to request a copy of a receipt, and the very apologetic response I received was, “I’m sorry, but they’ve taken our systems down so that they can be backed up offsite. It’s pretty likely that they won’t come back up until after the hurricane has passed. Call back on Monday.” Apparently, the palmOne store is located on the Atlantic coast of Florida and, like NASA, is right in the way of Frances.
