OK, Brian reminded
me that there was an outstanding timewaster out there, so I went ahead
and wrote a program to solve it. It was a lot easier than the last brainteaser mentioned
on dsandler.org. Authorship time: 13 minutes (including
time spent finding more digits of e). Computation time:
real 0m4.210s
user 0m4.121s
sys 0m0.024s
Yeah, yeah, I know, but I did it in python (including
factorization).
