Interesting tidbit:
A short time after Baker went on Enron’s payroll, the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University began awarding the prestigious Enron Prize – an honor that soon was bestowed on a variety of Bush family friends, including Colin Powell, Mikhail Gorbachev and, just before Enron’s bankruptcy, Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan.
