At least when these camps were run by the Army there was a formula for
it. According to the Army, you have to have a certain number of showers,
latrines, and bunks for soldiers. No good commander is going to want his
troops deprived.

KBR thinks in terms of profits, not service. The less they can get away
with, the better. So more soldiers mean they have to dip into the well
that they’re saving for the profit margin, and they resent it.

and bitch about not having enough sports channels. No, I’m not making
that up. Some people’s priorities. My priority is making sure they lose
their damned contract, which they didn’t even bid for.
