OK/Cancel takes
the Zire 71 to task, and brings Palm OS along with it. Quick
responses: (1) if your biggest functionality criterion is Office
compatibility, stop right there—the deck’s been stacked against Palm
OS already; (2) that said, I’ll agree that the overall user experience
needs a quantum leap forward. None of the available PDA-type device
experiences is where it ought to be in the year 2004.
