It’s performance evaluation time at work. We started listing personal
goals on IRC, and came up with the following:

  1. goal: reduce dependency on code quality for performance evaluation
  2. goal: reduce dependency on performance evaluation for bonus award
  3. goal: reduce dependency on bonus award for personal financial stability
  4. goal: reduce dependency on financial stability for fulfillment in life
  5. goal: reduce dependency on fulfillment in life for motivation at work
  6. goal: reduce dependency on motivation at work for code quality
