This is a friendly message to let you know that we will be deleting any public
files you may have which are older than 30 days. If you would like to keep
files older than 30 days, you may copy them off our fileservers and onto your
desktop hard drive with your MP3s, but keep in mind that not only is your
personal computer not backed up or in any other way safeguarded against loss,
it is subject to re-formatting by IT without warning.
We honestly don’t see why you would need files older than thirty days,
anyhow. Remember, “Those who do not remember the past have plenty of
room in their brains for the future.”
Going forward, new files will be deleted on a regular weekly basis.
