101 at university…. Freeway closed
after a police chase. chp in stand-off
with suspects in the car they were
chasing. the closure is now from
highway 92 up to university avenue.
the 92 connector ramp to southbound
101 is also closed. take 280 as an
alternate. (first reported at 6:08 am,
