easy it is to make a really tasty balsamic vinaigrette. Now I feel
stupid for all those years I bought it at the store.

[21:00] <todd> Okay. Around a 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil, 2-3
Tbls balsamic vinegar, and several drops of hot sauce (Tabasco is what I
use). Shake vigorously in a container, then apply. That makes enough for
two salads, depending.
