They’re pouring a slab foundation across the street. It’s impressive —
there are three cement mixers lined up on the street, each ready to pump
an entire load of cement into this massive articulated mechanical nozzle
(itself mounted on a huge truck), which is then waved over the entire
slab to distribute the concrete.
