O-Week 2003 redesign.

It appears that the Rice
University O-Week site has been redesigned again for 2003. But, as
Erin points out, it also appears that much of the copy I wrote
for my O*WEEK 1998 site design is
still there, five years later.
<nitpick> Unfortunately, on track 2, the “whoa,
there” text is not correctly made into a subheading; cf. 1998’s track 2.
That’s why “whoa, there“ doesn’t have any kind of trailing
punctuation – it’s properly meant to be a title. They’ve gotten this
detail wrong for a few years now, ever since Ajeet, who inherited the site from me,
bequeathed it in turn to someone else.) </nitpick>
