The company joke prior to this was that the company name really stood
for Kick Back and Relax. KBR didn’t have to bid to get the contract to
work here, and they’re supposed to supply us with water, food, and
toilets. Turns out they were ‘reclaiming’ the water that ran through the
sinks in the shower trailers from the showers themselves, which explains
the rampant intestinal distress everyone was suffering a couple weeks
ago. People were brushing their teeth in water that other people had
already showered in.
