Li-Ion primer

Helpful: Apple’s new Li-Ion Batteries page, with
helpful explanations and tips for Apple customers. Not so
helpful: The “Charge Stages” graph uses fine lines in bright orange
and green, to mimic the multi-state LEDs that are found on Apple
charging hardware.
Unfortunately, when used in such small screen regions these
colors are difficult to distinguish for those of us with even
mild deuteranomaly (red-green colorblindness). The problem is
exacerbated when the colors are washed out and gamma-tweaked due to LCD display.
