Some cat weirdness around the house today (must be a combination of
\nthe weather, which just turned wet, and the fact that I’ve been cleaning
\nfor company).<\/p>\n
12 PM.<\/b> I really frightened Emmaline:
\nI had started the washer, and she was sitting outside the
\nlaundry room, really apprehensively. She lost focus a little, and
\nturned away, and that happened to be when I turned around and stepped
\nout of the room. She was so startled at my “sudden” movement (read: not
\npredicted) that she leapt backward, and then shouted at me for a few
\nseconds. Long, solid, loud WAH!s. Like, “Yeeahh! You scared me!
\nDon’t DO that!”\n<\/p>\n
3:23 PM.<\/b> <\/p>\n <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> I just cursed Albert up and down. <\/p>\n <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> I had swept all the crap from the kitchen, hall, and foyer floors into my dustpan. While I picked up the dustpan, <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> Until he stretched, fell OFF the counter, and onto the dustpan, sending all that crap EVERYWHERE.\n <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n 4:16 PM.<\/b> <\/p>\n <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> Albert got me good. <\/p>\n <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> He really harassed Armand, so I went to break it up.\n <\/p>\n <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> I walked away carefully, making sure he wasn’t following me.\n <\/p>\n <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> Once I was sure he had lost interest, I walked away less warily.\n <\/p>\n <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> I then felt kitty paws on my butt and legs. <\/p>\n <dsandler<\/a>><\/span> He’d done a full running leap and grabbed me in the ass!\n <\/p>\n\n
\n Albert decided to lie down on the ledge just above the trash; with my
\n hands full, I couldn’t move him, but it didn’t even seem like there was
\n any reason to.\n <\/p>\n\n
