If you are driving to Rice...

The easiest route to take is US Highway 59 to the Shepherd/Greenbriar exit (five miles south of downtown). From either direction, exit south on Greenbriar. At the third light, turn left onto Rice Boulevard. This road will curve to the right and become Sunset Boulevard. From here you will have easy access to the entrances for Brown and Jones colleges.

For Will Rice, Wiess, Sid Richardson, Hanszen, Baker, and Lovett, follow Sunset to Main Street (the first light) and take a right. Continue down Main to the first light, where you will take a right into entrance #3 or #4 and continue to the other colleges.

If you're flying to Houston....

FROM GEORGE BUSH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (aka Intergalactic): Airport Express (713-523-8888) provides services to and from Intercontinental. The fare is $17. All departures are from the lower level baggage claim (southside area) where they have agents on duty. Departures are every 30 minutes and begin at 7 am. The ride will usually take about 45 minutes to an hour. The Express will take you to the Harvey Suites (inside the Medical Center), which is about five minutes from Rice. Once there, call the Will Rice Office (527-6061) and we will come to pick you up.

FROM HOBBY AIRPORT: Airport Express also runs from Hobby and the fare is $12. The shuttle leaves every half hour from Hobby starting at 7:15 am. The shuttle should take 30 to 45 minutes. When you get to the Harvey Suites, call us at the above number and we will come and get you.
