uiweb: The ten [sic] reasons ease of use doesn’t happen on engineering projects. Yes, there are thirteen reasons. Yes, the author misuses “it’s” in possessive contexts. But there are some good ideas here, including: ideas are generated by individuals or very small teams; ease of use is never an explicit project goal; even if it is a goal, if it can’t be measured as quantitatively as the feature count, usability will be left behind in favor of feature coverage.
