Early tsunami warnings

The West Coast & Alaska Tsunami Warning Center has issued a warning regarding possible tsunami activity resulting from this evening’s 7.0-Richter quake off the California coast. (Also: USGS link #2) However, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center is much more reserved with respect to other Pacific coastal areas. (Full texts after the jump, since it’s time sensitive)
