I am currently a software engineer at Google, where as a member of the Android platform team I build frameworks and user interfaces.
The blog here at dsandler.org is mostly historical; you can find more recent posts on Google+.

It was at this point that I decided to clean some of our coffee equipment.
Something’s terribly wrong with my hands. I can’t seem to draw anything.
I always see those little boxes of pre-packaged sushi at my local gourmet qrocery store, and I always wonder if they’re any good.
Oh so tasty. (Good thinq I also had two bottles of soy sauce on-hand. Why two? To take up more space in my cupboard, of course!)
