As usual, Fred Rogers has the answer.
Frankly, I’m frustrated by the fact that the President can’t speak extemporaneously. At all. Take a look at any of Giuliani’s press conferences in the last several days; even his “prepared remarks” are dlivered with candor, honesty, and energy. The missives coming from the White House are robotic by comparison.
