p4 review outlook fields

The following are some (simple) custom fields for Outlook to interpret Perforce
review-daemon e-mails.  [You can add Perforce reviews (automatic e-mail
notification of changes to certain parts of the source tree) in your
user spec; 'p4 help user' for more information or RTFM at perforce.com.]

To add:
	1. Go to the folder where you have all your p4 review emails sent to.
		(You do use mail filtering rules, right?)
	2. Right-click on the column headers and select "Field Chooser".
	3. Click "New..."
	4. Enter the name for the field as listed below.
	5. Select "Formula" for the type.
	6. Click the (just-appeared) "Formula..." button, and paste in the 
		formula as listed below (all on one line).
	7. Save out a couple of dialog boxes (back to the Field Chooser), and
		drag your new field into the column-heading area of the mailbox view.

The field formulas:

	Name: p4user
	Formula: 
		Mid([Subject],1,InStr([Subject],"(")-1)

	Name: p4change
	Formula: 
		Mid([Subject],InStr([Subject],"(")+1,
			InStr([Subject],")")-InStr([Subject],"(")-1)

	Name: p4summary
	Formula:
		Mid([Subject],InStr([Subject],"): ")+3)
