20-Apr-97: A brief message describing the sort of hibernation that's overcome the CJ story..

Hey, there. Welcome to the CJ nexus. A few pointers: Don't be afraid to get into the story. Captain Jim is really meant to be read through, not browsed idly. It all starts in the comics section. The art gets progressively better. You're looking at a collection that's been in progress (at a glacial pace!) for a couple years. Don't expect the same kind of skill in #56 that you might find in #70. (If there's even any in #70.) Most importantly, have fun. Look around, come back. And like public radio, this is free for everyone. Unlike public radio, I don't ask for money! (It would be nice if you'd sign in, though -- I don't like "hit counters" (read: web turnstiles), so I need some way of knowing there's someone out there..) Enjoy! -dan, 18-Aug
